Once on Trabert make a left down the 3rd driveway between 763 Trabert Ave and Floral Park Market.
Come down the hill and make an immediate right and CoCo Studios will be on your left.
If your arrival is for a tour: please enter through the office door that says Monte Carlo Productions.
If your arrival is for a booked space rental: please enter through our studio doors located at the end of the building alongside the brown brick wall.
