CoCo Studios designs and produces events locally and throughout the Southeast working with budgets at various levels and with events with attendee levels that land anywhere between 50 to 35,000 people.  We strive to make the design process as seamless and stress free for all parties involved. No matter the size of the event.

 

Venue Selection: Whether you have selected CoCo Studios as your event location or need assistance in selecting a hotel, convention hall, or another memorable venue; we can help you secure the perfect location for your event.

 

Planning, Design & Production: Once the message is clear we will work with you to produce the desired elements. We generate creative ideas, render set designs and floor plans, and manage your venue’s tech requirements as well as deploy the best crew to execute a successful event.

60 minute design consultation?

 

With this package you will receive a 60-minute consultation including our advise, a recommend list of professional vendors that align with your needs, as well as input towards designing and executing your event vision.

A consultation recap with documents will be sent to you via email. This consultation is $150. If you should later decide you want a planner; this fee will be credited towards your balance

Come down the hill and make an immediate right and CoCo Studios will be on your left.

If your arrival is for a tour: please enter through the office door that says Monte Carlo Productions.

If your arrival is for a booked space rental: please enter through our studio doors located at the end of the building alongside the brown brick wall.
